I’m a nutritionist and hypnotherapist specialized in eating behaviors. I created this course because I’ve seen too many mums feeling stuck in shame or confusion. Cravings are not a failure or weakness, but they are signals from our body. My aim in this course is to shed light on what cravings really are, how they’re different from hunger or emotional eating, and most importantly, how we can work with them in gentle and sustainable way. By the end, you’ll feel informed, empowered, and ready to make choices that support your wellbeing — not from a place of restriction, but from understanding. And we’ll even finish with a guided hypnosis session to help calm those cravings in a gentle way.
