WHAT'S HYPNOTHERAPY?​
Hypnotherapy is one of the most powerful tools for transformation available today.
Thanks to advancement in modern behavioral science - particularly the work of Dr. David Spiegel, Medical Director of the Center for Integrative Medicine at Stanford University, we now have a deeper understanding of how hypnosis work.

When we get into this heightened state of consciousness, we’re more receptive to change and shift at a much more deep-rooted level than just the conscious mind.
This allows us to address challenges at their core, promoting emotional healing, change, and transformation.

CAN ANYONE BE HYPNOTIZED?​
Yes. Anyone can be hypnotized.
Hypnosis is a very natural state that we all experience for a few minutes every day before we fall asleep and while we wake-up. Anyone who is willing to enjoy the benefits of hypnosis can be hypnotized.

HOW EFFECTIVE IS HYPNOTHERAPY?​
Hypnotherapy is highly effective, as demonstrated by numerous studies, and much more effective than any traditional form of therapy.

The efficacy rate ranges between 70% and 90%; it varies depending on the condition being treated, the number of sessions and the client commitment.

The reason why hypnotherapy is so effective is because it takes us to a theta brainwave state, in which we can insert new beliefs, behaviors and ideas into our lives. With enough repetition, you can rewire your brain, so that your goals, new beliefs and habits become your subconscious programs, not just conscious mind goals.
DO I LOSE CONTROL IN HYPNOSIS?​
It’s the opposite. In fact, thanks to hypnotherapy you are gaining more control over your life; it’s a way of giving you more control, not less.

During hypnotherapy, you remain in control and aware. Unlike what we see in movies, it’s not possible for anyone to force you to do anything against your wishes. You are fully in charge of your actions, behaviors, and statements.

CAN I GET STUCK IN HYPNOSIS?​
No, it’s impossible; you can come out of the state any time you wish during the session.

Hypnosis is safe, science-backed and a totally natural state. We all enter a state of hypnosis at least twice a day, when we are waking-up and before falling asleep; in fact, it’s not possible to transition from a state of wake to a state of sleep without passing through this intermediate state, in which our brain waves are in theta state, most commonly called hypnosis.


WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?​
What you’ll experience is very personal and varies from one session to another; however, many people report it as a heightened state of attention and focus, and generally feel calmer and relaxed afterwards. Some describe it as a deep state of meditation.
HOW IS YOUR APPROACH DIFFERENT FROM A GENERAL HYPNOTHERAPIST?
Unlike a general hypnotherapist, I specialize in hypnosis for eating habits and relationship with food, thanks to my nutrition studies and my specialization in hypnosis for weight loss.

Food choices aren't just emotional - they're also influenced by blood sugar levels, sleep, hormones, gut health, and more.
Because of this, I address not just emotional factors, but also biological factors, using a holistic blend of hypnosis, lifestyle guidance, nutrition strategies, and targeted supplementation.

HOW IS YOUR APPROACH DIFFERENT FROM A TRADITIONAL NUTRITIONIST?​​
A traditional nutritionist focuses on what you eat. I go deeper - I focus on why.

As a certified hypnotherapist, I understand the psychology behind eating habits. I use hypnosis to heal the root cause that drive your eating behaviors - emotional triggers, beliefs, self-worth, and rewire the habits.

I don't just manage symptoms; I work at the source for lasting change.

Real transformation happens when we support the whole person - mind and body together; that's why I address both the mental and physical sides of eating.

All sessions and courses are online.

Working online allows me to support you wherever you are in the world.

Online sessions and courses are just as effective as face to face ones, with the added benefit of saving you time and travel costs. You can also feel more relaxed in the comfort of your own space.​​

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE FREE 30- MINUTE CONSULTATION?

It's a free of charge call to explore 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions.
We'll talk about your goals, what you'd like support with, and whether hypnosis is the right fit for you.
You'll also have the chance to ask questions about the process, what to expect in sessions and how hypnosis works.
There's no obligation - just a relaxed conversation to help you feel informed and comfortable.
​WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE 1:1 SESSIONS?
Each session is personalized to your goals and needs.
​
In our first session, we'll lay the foundation for our work together. We'll take a deep dive into your background, explore current challenges, and define your goals along with a tailored therapy plan.
​
During follow-up sessions, we'll review your progress and continue building on it with gentle, guided steps.
​​
The number of sessions will depend on several factors, including the number of habits you wish to change; during our first call I'll be able to provide you with an estimate of how many sessions you may need.
​
The first session is the longest at 90 minutes, while the following ones are 60 minutes. Sessions are typically held once a week.
